Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data that ViaSay processes as a data controller: those of Site visitors, prospects and clients, and Authorized Users with access to the Solution.
It does not apply to personal data contained in conversations exchanged between a Chatbot and our clients' end users. For these processing activities, ViaSay acts as a data processor on behalf of its client, who is the sole data controller; these are governed by the Data Processing Agreement concluded with that client, and informing the concerned individuals is the responsibility of the latter's privacy policy.
